R Edition END. x adidas originals Samba Consortium Cup As the name suggests, inspired by the past, this END. x adidas Samba takes design inspiration from materials from the past. This upcoming sneaker explores some of the earliest fabric compositions, showcasing traditional weaving styles, most notably a frayed three-stripe tapestry. The usual gilded Samba branding on the side profile is also replaced with cursive Past on the three stripes and the heel is embellished with a tapestry-like material and finished with frayed edges, giving it a retro DIY feel. Elsewhere, fuzzy suede and a custom co-branded tongue patch give them a premium update, and a tonal gum rubber sole underfoot also complements them.
